Prohibited Use Policy

Customer agrees not to use, and not to permit any third party to use, the Platform, directly or indirectly, for any unlawful, prohibited, or harmful purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Fraud, Scams, and Impersonation

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices;
• Impersonation of any individual, business, or governmental entity;
• Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, affiliations, or authority;
• Social engineering, phishing, or other deceptive solicitation activities;
• Use of automated agents (Bots/AI) to evade identification or contractual responsibility.

2. Hacking, Malware, and Unauthorized Access

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Hack, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or data;
• Develop, distribute, deploy, or assist with malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code;
• Obtain, trade, or use stolen credentials, access tokens, API keys, passwords, or authentication information;
• Test or exploit vulnerabilities without the explicit, lawful authorization of the system owner.

3. Circumvention of Safeguards or Law Enforcement

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Evade, bypass, or defeat security measures, safeguards, or technical protections;
• Circumvent law enforcement, regulatory oversight, sanctions, or court orders;
• Obscure, falsify, or launder the origin, destination, or purpose of activities to avoid legal detection.

4. Intellectual Property Infringement

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right;
• Distribute pirated software, copyrighted content, or counterfeit goods;
• Facilitate unauthorized copying, scraping, or redistribution of protected materials.

5. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Create, upload, distribute, access, request, or store child sexual abuse material, child pornography, or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
• Facilitate, promote, or assist in any activity involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children;
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable child protection laws or regulations. Any suspected violation involving child sexual abuse material may be reported immediately to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities, as required or permitted by law.

6. Surveillance, Spyware, and Doxxing

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Conduct unlawful surveillance or monitoring of individuals or organizations;
• Develop or deploy spyware, stalkerware, or invasive tracking tools;
• Collect, disclose, or exploit personal data for harassment, intimidation, or doxxing purposes.

7. Forged Documents and Synthetic Identity

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Create, modify, or distribute forged, falsified, or fraudulent documents;
• Generate or use synthetic identities, fake credentials, or counterfeit records;
• Assist in identity theft, document fraud, or misrepresentation of personal or organizational identity.

8. Generation of Deceptive Content and Disinformation

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Create, host, or distribute synthetic content that deceives about a person's identity (Deepfakes) or manipulated content with the intent to deceive, nor to coordinate disinformation campaigns that seek to influence democratic processes or damage the reputation of third parties.

9. Spam, System Abuse, and Automation

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Send unsolicited communications (spam), nor to use bots, spiders, or any automated method to extract data (scraping), nor to consume resources disproportionately or use techniques that degrade the service and affect the stability of the Platform for other users (API abuse).

10. Hate Speech and Violence

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Generate or distribute content that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or incites dangerous and illegal activities.

11. Regulated Professional Services

Customer shall not use the Platform to:

• Provide, solicit, or facilitate professional services that require a license or legal certification, or registration with competent authorities, unless Customer holds such authorizations and complies with local regulations. This prohibition applies to: personalized legal advice, preparation of legal documents, or representation; medical services for clinical diagnoses, treatments, or personalized health advice; personalized financial, investment, tax, or business advice.
• Customer acknowledges that the Platform is a tool to support data processing and not a substitute for professional judgment, therefore, all final decisions must be validated by a licensed professional provided by Customer, thereby releasing the Company from any liability for errors arising from a lack of professional oversight.

12. Enforcement and Remedies

In the event of a breach of this Prohibited Use Policy, Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to take immediate action, including but not limited to:

• Suspend or terminate Customer's access to the Platform;
• Remove or disable access to any content, project, or activity that does not comply with these terms;
• Freeze, withhold, or refund payments associated with prohibited activity;
• Report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law;
• Cooperate with the authorities in compliance with privacy laws.
